-VHZ- is a free clan meaning that the division leaders choose what they want to do. For example if they don't want to do scrims they don't have to do them if they don't want to or they could, its really up to them.
Clan rank maybe but I would have to give that some thought.
We have a teamspeak server of our own so we do encourage for everyone to have it.
Xfire we encourage you to have but is not must.
Consistant forum posts and updates, of course.
Constant recruiting, of course.
