You guys need to spark new discussions, think up contests or other things inside of the clan, plan scrims, talk strats, discuss games, etc. Also, have less boards. So few of them are actually used, it seems pointless to have that many. A clan with less people than most CSS clans shouldn't support 15 different games. You need to start small and grow from there. And with less boards to post on, things become more consolidated and concise, and it makes things easier for people. I noticed in my year+ of the SR forum that most people aren't very outgoing on forums generally as far as creating topics, but if a good discussion gets going, then more people are likely to join in, and with more people comes more chance of someone else posting a new topic, and so forth. It's all about exponential growth: but you gotta start somewhere, and maintain it.
Just my 2cents.
Edit: Just realized that no one has replied to any of my posts since I made them 4 hours ago. During internet prime-time. Clearly another problem is that people don't even bother to LOOK at the forum. Again, that'll get better as you have more interesting discussions and more people are more interested to see new posts in them.

The reason why we have so many different boards is because we all want to play a bunch of different games with our clan.
CSS is starting to bore all of us, I am only going to plan a few more events on CSS and then plan events on games the majority of the clan has.

I can understand wanting to play other games, completely. It totally makes sense. All I'm saying is that I think that due to the number of people in the clan and the level of activity, it might consolidate things better if you have, say, a different board for each type of game (FPS, RPG, etc.) Just seems like the activity is too disbursed. But hell, whatever you think is best. I'm just trying to help you out.
